Testament,hereby revoking in full any and all Wills heretofore
made by me:
FIRST:I direct mY,Executor hereinafter named to pay
my debts and funeral expenses.
SECOND:All the rest,residue,and remainder of my
property whether real,personal,or mixed,of whatsoever nature
or description,and wheresoever situate,I give,devise,and
bequeath unto my beloved husband,FRANK DAITTILLIO,to be his
absolutely forever.
THIRD:In the event my husband,FRANK DAITTILLIO,
predeceases me,I give,devise,and bequeath all of my property,
whether real,personal,or mixed,of whatsoever nature or
description,and wheresoever situate,unto my children,
GRACE DEL DUCA,CHARLES DAITTILLIO,FRANCIS DAITTILLIO,and
GERALDINE EVICH,in equal shares.
FOURTH:I appoint and name my husband,FRANK DAITTILLIO,
to be Executor of this,my Last Will and Testament.In the event
my husband,FRANK DAITTILLIO,predeceases me,I appoint and name
my daughter,GRACE DEL DUCA,to be Executrix of this,my Last
Will and Testament.
