and says:
That he is the executor named in the Last Will
and Testament of the above named decedent.
That deponent took possession of the assets
of said decedent and found a certificate for 200 shares
of Duquesne Natural Gas stock belonging to her.Depbnent
as executor of said estate has arranged to transfer such
shares,and in connection therewith,it is necessary to
obtain from the Register of Wills,Washington County,
State of Pennsylvania,a transfer certificate.
The decedent was a resident of 510 west l23rd
Street l Borough of Manhattan,City and State of New York,
and from deponent's knowledge based upon the examination
of the records of decedent,he is convinced that there wer
no debts due to any creditors in the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania.
