ITEM I.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be found convenient. ITEM II.I hereby give,devise and bequeath all of the property of which I may be seized,whether the same be real,personal or mixed to my wife, Mattie Criquellion. ITEM III.In the event my said wife should predecease me or in the event we should die as a result of a common accident and within six (6)months from the date thereof I give,devise and bequeath all of the property of which I may die seized as follows:One-half (1/2)thereof to my son,Julius H.Criquellion and one-fourth (1/4th)thereof to each of my two (2)daughters,Margaret Sam- loff and Elsie Schilinski.If any of my said children should predecease me leaving to survive him or her a child or children,the child of such deceased child I give,devise and bequeath to his or her child or children and if they should die leaving no child or children,I give,devise and bequeath the share to which he or she would be entitled to my surviving children in the same pro- portions as hereinabove set forth.
