I,Charles B.Booth,of the Borough of North Charleroi,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing
mind,memory and understanding,do hereby make,publish and
declare this as and for my last will testament,hereby
revoking and making null and void any and all wills and testaments
or Writings in the nature thereof,by me,at any time heretofore
mad •
FIRST:My will is that all my just debts and funeral expenses
,shall,by my executor hereinafter named,be paid ourt of my estate
as soon after my decease as shall by him be found convenient.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath to the following persons
from my estate in cash to Blanche Booth,$500.00 (Five Hundred
DollarBl~LouiB Booth,$500.00 (Five Hundred Dollars,Charles J.
Booth,~OO.OO (Five Hundred Dollars,May Backus,$500.00 (Five
Hundred Dollars,and Myrtle Duman the sum of $100.00 (One Hundred
Dollars.
T.hi~:I,direct that all remining property,real,Personal,
and miXed,whatsoever and wheresoever the same shall be at the time
of my death,to Jennie Panek and Leslie ClaybaUgh,share and share
alike,absolutely and forever.
Fourth:And lastly I do nominate,constitute and appoint
Leslie ClaybaUgh,to be the executor of this,my last Will and
Testament without bond.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF,I,the said Charles B.Booth have
to this,my will,written on one sheet of paper,set my hand and
seal this 19th day of April,Nineteen Hundred Forty-seven,A.D.
