and State of Pennsylvania being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Win and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby
revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
First.1 direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon
as conveniently may be,after my decease.
SECOND.I give,bequeath and de~ise unto my beloved son,Ireneusz
Chmielinski,and his beloved wife,Barbara Chmielinski,my property
situate in the First Ward of The BorOUgh of Canonsburg,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,consisting of a frame house and two lots
known as 623 Giffin Avenue,Canonsburg,Pennsylvania.
THIRD.I give and bequeath unto my daughters,Jadwiga,Eugenia
and Frances,each,the sum of $200.
FOURTH.I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife,Ursula Chmiel-
inski,the sum of $600.
FIFTH.Said legacies shall not bear the customary rate of
interest if paid within one year from the date of my death.
SIXTH.THE balance of my estate,real,personal and mixed,I give,
bequeath
