I,DESSIE HUFFMAN,being of sound and disposing mind,
do hereby make,publish and declare this My Last Will and Testa-
ment,hereby revoking all other Wills heretofore made:
1.All of my just debts and funeral expenses
shall be paid as soon after my decease as convenient.
2.I devise and bequeath my piano to my grand-
daughter Joan.
3.All the rest and residue of my estate,real
and personal,wherever situated,I devise and bequeath to my
daughter Lelia Hill and my son H.Sheldon Huffman,share and
share alike,and I appoint my daughter Lelia Hill executrix of
this Will.
In Witness Whereof,I have hereunto set my hand and
~seal this I~--day of September,1952.
We,the undersigned,subscribe that while in our
presence Dessie Huffman did sign the within Instrument and de-
clare it to be Her Last Will and Testament.
