I,FRANCES VACTOR DERHAM of Canonsburg,\ashington
County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make my Last Will and Testament
and revoke all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct the payment out of my estate of all my
just debts,funeral expenses,costs of administering my estate and
transfer inheritance taxes as soon as convenient after my decease.
SECOND:I give and bequeath unto my sister,Marie Finch,
all my silverware and gold salad forks for her use during her
lifetime;and at her death I give and bequeath the same unto my
niece,Virginia Olden.
THIRD:I give and bequeath unto my sister,Oscelene
Elmore,all my chinaware for her use during her lifetime;and at
her death I give and bequeath the same unto my niece,Anna Pearl
Cabaniss.
FOURTH:All the rest of my household goods,furniture
and personal belongings I give and bequeath to my sister,Marie
Finch.
FIFTH:I will and devise my real property situate at
Nos.104,106 and 108 Richland Avenue in the Borough of Canonsburg,
Pennsylvania,having erected thereon a duplex and a dwelling,unto
my brother,Charles Vactor,my sister,Oscelene Elmore and my
sister,Marie Finch,share and share alike,in fee.
SIXTH:I will and devise my property situate at No.233
Lincoln Street,\ashington,Pennsylvania,having erected thereon a
two-story frame dwelling,unto my brother,Leroy Vactor,in fee.
SEVENTH:I direct my executor hereinafter named to sell my

real property situate at No.11 Hutchinson Avenue,Canonsburg
(sometimes known as Herdman Street or Herdman Alley)and being an
undivided two-thirds interest therein,at public or private sale
for such price and upon such terms and conditions as he shall deem
to the best interest of my estate.I direct that the proceeds of
said sale shall be distributed,one-half thereof to Reverend
Charles Dee Johnson,and the remaining one-half shall go into,
and form part of,my residuary estate.
EIGHTH:I direct my executor hereinafter named to
erect a double tombstone over the graves of my deceased husband,
Lee Derham and myself;and also to erect markers over the graves
of Theodore Vactor,Curtis Vactor,Lester Vactor and Robert Vactor.
I request that my executor have the Gaydos Monument Company,
Canonsburg,Pennsylvania,place the tombstones and markers.
NINTH:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate
I will,bequeath and devise unto Payne A.M.E.Church.
I do hereby nominate,constitute and appoint Adolph L.
Zeman,as executor of this,my Last will and Testament,or if he

(a true copy whereof is to these presents annexed),was duly admitted to probate;and
Adolph L.Zeman
the Executor in said Will and Testament named,having appeared before me and taken and subscribed
the oath of office prescribed by law;
NOW,THEREFORE,I,Russell Marino ,Register as aforesaid,do
grant these LETTERS TESTAMENTARY,unto the said
Adolph L.Zeman
to exhibit a true and perfect inventory thereof into the Register's Office,at Washington,within ninety
chattels,rights and credits,which were of said deceased,and requiring Him
committing unto Him the administration of all and singular the goods and
days from the date hereof,and to render a just and true account of said administration at the expiration

and revoke all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct the payment out of my estate of all my
just debts,funeral expenses,costs of administering my estate and
transfer inheritance taxes as soon ·as convenient after my decease.
SECOND:I give and bequeath unto my sister,Marie Finch,
all my silverware and gold salad forks for her use during her
lifetime;and at her death I give and bequeath the same unto my
niece,Virginia Olden.
THIRD:I give and bequeath unto my sister,Oscelene
Elmore,all my chinaware for her use during her lifetime;and at
her death I give and bequeath the same unto my niece,Anna Pearl
Cabaniss.
FOURTH:All the rest of my household goods,furniture
and personal belongings I give and bequeath to my sister,Marie
Finch.
FIFTH:I will and devise my real property situate at
Nos.104,106 and 108 Richland Avenue in the Borough of Canonsburg,
Pennsylvania,having erected thereon a duplex and a dwelling,unto
my brother,Charles Vactor,my sister,Oscelene Elmore and my
sister,~arie Finch,share and share alike,in fee.
SIXTH:I will and devise my property situate at No.233
Lincoln Street,\lashington,Pennsylvania,having erected thereon a
two-story frame dwelling,unto my brother,Leroy Vactor,in fee.
SEVENTH:I direct my executor hereinafter named to sell my

~eal property sit 'ate at No.11 ~utchi~~on Av~nue,Canonsburg
(so~eti~es known as Herdman Street or Herdman Alley)and being an
undivided two-thirds interest therein,3t public or private sale
for such price and up~n such terms and conditions as he shall deem
to the best interest of my estate.I direct that the proceeds of
said sale shall be distributed,one-half thereof to Reverend
Charles Dee Johnson,and the remaining one-half shall go into,
and form part of,my residuary estate.
EIGHTH:I direct my executor hereinafter named to
erect a double tombstone over the graves of my deceased husband,
Lee Derham and myself;and also to erect markers over the graves
of Theodore Vactor,Curtis Vactor,Lester Vactor and Robert Vactor.
I request that my executor have the Gayd6s Monument Company,
Canonsburg,Pennsylvania,place the tombstones and markers.
NINTH:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate
I will,bequeath and devise unto Payne A.M.E.Church.
I do hereby nominate,constitute and appoint Adolph L.
Zeman,as executor of this,my Last '({ill and Testament,or if he
be deceased or unwilling to act for any reason,I appoint Robert L.
Zeman in his place and stead.
