the disposition of J47 worldly estate after my decease,I,James H.
Collins,of Uniontown,Fayette County,Pennsylvania,do declare -1'
wish and will in respect thereto to be as tollows:

First.-I direct that all my just debts and tuneral ex-
penses be tUlly paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be

Second.-I give,bequeath and devise all mJ estate and
property,ot whatsoever character,and wheresoever situate,real,
personal and mixed,including allot lIl"household goods,turn1ture,
money,jewelry,books,pictures and other effects,and any and all
real estate of which I may be seized or possessed at the tiae ot
my decease,to my wite,Sarah D.Collins,her heirs and assigns.
