LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,SUSAN DURAN,widow,of Smith Township.Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and disposing memory,do
hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament,in manner and form following,hereby revoking any Will or
Wills heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be
after my decease and that my funeral be conducted in a manner
corresponding with my estate and station in life.
SECOND:I give and devise my house;barn and other
improvements in and about the premises to my son,Paul Duran.Jr.•
his heirs and assigns forever.along with approximately fifteen acres
of land in the immediate area of the house and barn,together with the
right of ingress and egress from the said area to a public road.
THIRD:I give and devise all the remaining acreage.
which will total approximately ninety acres,more or less.to my three
children.namely.Michael Duran,Susan Martin and Paul Duran,Jr.,
share and share alike,their heirs and assigns forever,absolutely.
FOURTH:I give and devise to all my heirs a right of way
to the West Penn Water Company Distribution System for the purpose
of obtaining an adequate public water supply should they so desire.
FIFTH:All the rest.residue and remainder of my
estate.real,personal and mixed.of what nature or kind soever.and
wheresoever the same shall be at the time of my decease.I give.devise
and bequeath to Paul Duran.Jr.•his heirs and assigns forever.

SIXTH:I nominate.constitute and appoint my Son,
Paul Duran,Jr.•Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.and
direct that he not be required to give bond or security.
SEVENTH:I direct my Executor to retain my counsellor,
Thomas J.Terputac,Esq.•if his services are required in the
settlement of my estate.
