WILL OF JESSIE LITTLE DICKERSON
I,Jessie Little Dickerson,widow,of the City of
Monongahela,Washington County,Pennsylvania,having full legal
capacity in the premises,do hereby make this my Last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking and making void any and all Wills by
mea tany time here tofor e mad e,i n man nera nd form as f 01 low s :
1.I direct my Executor,hereinafter named,to pay
all my just debts,funeral expenses,and the costs of the
administration of my estate as soon after my decease as may be
proper and convenient.
2.I direct my Executor,hereinafter named,to pay
the sum of Seven Hundred Fifty ($750.00)Dollars to Kenneth B.
Cop e and Bet ty L.Cop e,his wi fe,Box 231,R.D.#2,C1air ton,
Pennsylvania,in reimbursement for the amounts which they have
paid for my real estate taxes during the years of 1966 to 1971,
said amounts being in the aggregate sum of $672.22.
3.I will and bequeath the sum of One Hundred ($100.00)
Dollars to Theodore Core of Eldora,Carroll Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania.
4.All the rest and residue of my estate,both real
and personal,wheresoever situate or found,of which I may die
seized or possessed,or to which I may be entitled at the time of
my decease,and remaining after the payment of the several items
herei nabove menti oned,I wi 11,devi se and bequea th unto my two
sisters,Grace Harford and Nellie Morris,share and share alike.
5.I hereby appoint Joseph L.Hoffmann of Monongahela
Pennsylvania,to be the Executor of this my Last Will and Testa-
ment.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,Jessie Little Dickerson,the
Testatrix,have hereunto set my hand and seal to this my Last
Will and Testament,this eleventh day of October,in the year of
our Lord one thousand nine hundred and seventy-one.
The foregoing instrument was signed,sealed,published,
acknowledged and declared by Jessie Little Dickerson,the above
named Testatrix,as and for her Last Will and Testament,in the
presence of us,who,at her request,and in her presence,and in
the presence of each other,have hereunto subscribed our names
as witnesses hereto.
