WILL= l KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS~that I,JULIA HENROTIN,a widow, of the Borough of Charleroi,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory and understanding,do hereby make,pub- lish and declare this to be my Last Will and-Testament,hereby revoking any and all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made. And as to all of my estate,real,personal,or mixed,of which I shall die seized and possessed,or to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease,I give,devise and bequeath as follows: 1st.I direct my Executrix hereinafter named to pay the expenses of my last illness and only such balance as may be due on my funeral bill, for the reason that I have ,already advanced to Michael A.Melinchak,Fun- eral Director,the sum of $397.25 by naming him beneficiary in my paid-up insurance policy No.14006,which I have with the Prudential Insurance Company of America,and which amount he agreed to apply on account of my funeral bill. 2nd.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,of whatsoever kind and nature and wheresoever situate,I give,devise and bequeath unto my daughter-in-law Nellie Henrotin)to my granddaughter Delores Henrotin Moyer and to my Great Grandson Gary Stephen Moyer,in equal one-third shares and proportions. 3rd.I constitute and appoint my said daughter-in-law Nellie Henrotin to be the Executrix of this Will and I direct that she shall not be required to enter security in any jurisdiction in which she may act. 4th.I constitute and appoint my said granddaughter Delores Henrotin Moyer to be the Guardian of my said Grea~Grandson Gary Stephen Moyer if he shall not have attained the age of Twenty-one (21)years at the time of my decease.
