I,MIKE DZIAK,Widower,a resident of Somerset Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,hereby revoke all wills
and codicils,as well as all instruments of a testamentary nature heretofore
made by me,and do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will
It and Testament in manner and form following:
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts,funeral and testamentary
expenses shall be paid as soon as possible may be after my death.

SECOND:I hereby give and bequeath unto my daughter,MILDRED DZIAK,
