LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,JOSEPH DURAIN,SR.,of Joffre,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding do
hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament,in manner and form following,hereby revoking and
making void any and all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon as convenient after my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath,absolutely and
in fee,all of my estate,real,personal and mixed,to be divided
as follows:one-fourth interest to JOSEPH DURAIN,JR.,one-
fourth interest to ARVELLA SELLA,one-fourth interest to JOHN
DURAIN and one-fourth interest to be divided equally among my
grandchildren,REBECCA JACKSON,GERTRUDE GUNISH and ROBERT RIGGLE,
they being the children of my deceased daughter,MELANIE RIGGE.
THIRD:I do hereby nominate and appoint my son,
JOSEPH DURAIN,JR.,to be the Executor of this,my Last Will
and Testament.
