I,MARGARET H.DANIELS of Peters Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make my Last Will and Testament
and revoke all wills or any codicils by me at any time heretofore
made.
FIRST:I direct the payment out of my estate of all my
just debts,funeral expenses,costs of administering my estate
and transfer inheritance taxes as soon as convenient after my decease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real,personal and mixed,and wheresoever situate,I will,devise
and bequeath to my children:ALEXANDER A.DANIELS,JOHN C.DANIELS,
LUCY JANE WOODS,GEORGE DANIELS,JR.and KATHERINE MARGARET CAPRINI,
absolutely and in fee,share and share alike.
THIRD:I do hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my
son,GEORGE DANIELS,JR.to act as executor of this my Last Will
and Testament.
IN ITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal
