I,Anna M.Henshaw,now residing at No.18 Lincoln
street,Uniontown,Fayette County,Pennsylvania,being of sound,
mind,memory and understanding,do hereby make,publish and
declare this my last will and testament in manner and form
following,hereby revoking any former will or wills by me at
any time heretofore made -
FIRST,-It is my desire that all of my just -debts
and funeral expenses be paid out of my estate as promptly after
my death as may be reasonably po ssible •
SECOND,-To my six children,Luther A.Henshaw,of
Wooster,Ohio,Bessie Henshaw Moore,ot Brownsville,Pa.,Harry
E.Henshaw,of Uniontown,Pa.,Porter G.Henshaw,of Merrittstown,
Pa.,Clark D.Henshaw,of Uniontown,Pa.,and Lawrence F.Henshaw,
of Uniontown,pa.,I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate,
real,personal and mixed,of whatsoever kind and wheresoever
situate,share and share alike,in cash or in kind,to be theirs
absolutely.
THIRD,-I hereby authorize my executors,h~reinatter
named,to dispose of any items of real or personal property in
my estate,at their discretion,as the 'same may be found necessary
or in their 'opinion expedient in the settlement of my estate,and
to make and execute v$lld and suitable deeds or other conveyances
therefor.
FOURTH,-I hereby nominate and appoint Porter G.
Henshaw,of Merr1ttstown~Pa.and Clark D.Henshaw,of Uniontown,
Pa.,exe~utOrs of this my last will and testament.
