16 IOOTRY W.HUGHES,of the Borough of Ingram,County of
Allegheny and State of Pennsylvania,do hereby make,publish and declare
this my last will and testament,hereby revoking any and all wills by me
heretofore made ..
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid by my executrix hereinafter named as soon as convenient after my
decease.
SECOND:I bequeath and devise unto my wife,Elizabeth Garrett
Hughes,provided she survives me sixty days (SO),my entire estate of'what-
soever nature and wheresoever situate.If.however.she should die before
me or should not surrive me sixty days (60)I I bequeath and devise my
entire estate to my daughter.Tirzah B.Hughes.
I const!tute and appoint my said wife,Elizabeth Garrett
Hughes,the executrix of this my last will and testament.In the event
of the death of my said wife either before or after she has qualified as
executrix,I appoint my said daughter.Tirzah B.Hughes,the exeoutrix
of this my last will and testament.
