BE IT REMEMBERED that I,Cleon Costas~of Donora,
washington County,Pennsylvania~being of sound mind~memory
and understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this as
and for my last will.and testament,hereby revoking and making
null and void any and all wills and testaments,or writings
in the nature thereof,by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be fully paid and satisfied,as soon as conveniently may be
after my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath to my son,Gus costas,
my business known as Costas Restaurant,together with all
the fixtures,stock and equipment therein,all the accounts
receivable and the bank accounts standing in the name of
Costas Restaurant.He is to assume all the debts and all
the obligations of the business.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
whether real,personal or mixed,and wheresoever situate,
I give,devise and bequeath to my wif~,Catherine.Costas.
FOURTH:I nominate and appoint as Executor of this ~last
will and testament my son,Gus Costas.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand
