I,JOHN E.BEATTY,of the City of ~ashington,Wash-
ington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory do
make,publish and declar~this my last will and testament hereby
revoking any and all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expens~s be paid as soon as possible aft~r my decease.
SECOND:After the payment of my just debts and
funeral expenses,I give,devise and bequeath all my estate,
real,personal and mixed,including the income from the royalty
received by me from the 186 Acre Farm in Wetzel County,West
Virginia,known as the Long Farm and paid by the Carnegie Gas
Company,unto my beloved wife NETTIE J.
THIRD:I do hereby nominate and appoint my said wife
NETTIE J.to be the sale executrix of this,my last will and
testament to serve without bond.
IN WITNESS VffiEREOF,I JOHN E.BEATTY,the
testator,have to this,my will,writt9n on one sheet of paper,
set my hand and s~al,this 31st day of July,1945.
