Braun,the sum of Two Hundred ($200.00)Dollars and to my grand daughter Mrs.Shirley Close,daughter of my deceased son,Casper Braun,the sum of One Hundred Fifty ($150.00)Dollars.I havs not made more provision for my son,John Braun,Jr.,due to certain loans and other financial help I have afforded him in my lifetime,which loans I hereby discharge.However it is my will that the said bequests to John Braun,Jr.,and to Ferdinand M.Braun and ~o Mrs.Shirley Close,are not to be charged in any way on the farm or the ·ncome from the oil and gas leases on said farm mentioned in paragraph marked ECOND in this will.If there be not sufficient cash in my estate at the time of my death to pay said bequests to John Braun,Jr.,Ferdinand M.Braun and Mrs.Shirley Close,after my just debts and funeral expenses have been paid, then said legacies mentioned in this paragraph are not to be paid and shall be null and void. FOURrH.All the rest and residue of T1lf estate,T1lf farming implements,tools,houae furniture,existing stock on rrq farm,and all rIrf remaining worldly goods of any kind and nature,real,persoual or mixed and where ever situated I give,devise and bequeath to my sons,Paul C.Braun and Frank M.Braun and my daughter,Josephine A.Braun,in equal shares,share and share alike.I do thb in view of the fact that I desire to arrange matters so they my continue to reside on the farm in the same manner as they have done since the decease of T1lf beloved wife,Katherina Braun,as long as they desire to do so.
