I,Basil Berty,Sr.,of Cecil,Cecil Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,hereby
declare the following to be my last will and testament,hereb
revoking and making void any and all rormer wills or
testamentary writings by me at any time heretofore made.·
I direct that my just debts and luneral expenses be paid
as Boon as possible by my executor hereinafter appointed.
I hereby give,devise and bequeath all of my estate,
real,personal or mixed,and wheresoever situate to my four
children:Camilla DePaoli,Idella Berty,Mary Stirbis and
Eugene Berty,in equal shares.
I nominate,constitute and appoint my son,Eugene Berty,
to be the executor of this my last will and testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and seal
this Idf day of December,A.D.1945.
