FIRST.I,direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon as convenient after my decease. And it is my will and I hereby direct that my said wife shall not be required to give sedurity for any property which may come into her hands under the provisions of this my Will,and the balance of my estate,whatsoever may be left at the decease of my said wife, to be distributed among my legal heirs,share and share alike. FIFTH.I hereby direct that my established insurance business, now conducted in the Washington National Bank Building,Burgetts- town,Pennsylvania,under the name "The R.C.Cassidy Agency", be continued indefinitely in trust,under the same name,said trust,to terminate on the happening of certain contingencies hereinafter enumerated: I hereby appoint my son Robert C.Cassidy Jr.Trustee,to conduct said business and while he so acts in this capacity,he is to have the entire net profits from the business in lieu of comissions.Should my son Robert C.Cassidy Jr.,be unable to fulfill the d.uties of this appointment by reason of absence due to military service,by choice or for any other reason,for any per- iod of time or times of.whatever length or duration,I appoint Lee R.McKinney of the Borough of Burgettstown,trustee,in his stead;said Lee R.McKinney is to receive reasonable remuneration as is usually allowed for such service. I further direct,that should Emma Korosec be available,she be em loyed as active manager and secretary of the business,at a fixed salary. Said trust is to terminate and the entire business is to be turned over to Robert C.Cassidy III when he becomes of agel he to have the full control and management of the business and all profits therefrom until such time as James Mc C.Cassidy be- comes 21 years of age;it being my intention,that should both of my said grandsons attain the age of 21 years,each is to own an undivided one-half interest in the business.Should either one of said grandsons die before he attains his twenty-first birthday, the entire interest in the business is to become the property of the survivor of them.Should neither of my said grandsons attain the age of twenty-one years,the entire business is to revert to my estate.
