do make and pUb lish this my Last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking any and all wills by me at any time heretofore made.

1.I direct that all of my just debts
and funeral expenses be paid as soon as may be convenient
after my death.
2.I give,devise,and bequeath all my
estate,real and personal,to my sons,Loyal M.Barnard and
William Roger Barnard,to be divided equally between them.
3.I hereby constitute and appoint my
sons,Loyal M.Barnard and William Roger Barnard,to be Exe-
cutors of this my Last Will and Testament.
