FIRST.I appoint Patricia Drobiszewski,my sister,as Executrix of this,my Last Will and Testament.I direct my Executrix to retain my friend,Arnold W.Hirsch,Attorney at Law,as attorney for my estate.In the event that for any reason the said Patricia Drobiszewski shall not assume or continue in her office as Executrix, I appoint in her place or stead my friend,Arnold W.Hirsch.I direct that no bond shall be required of either of the appointees named in this paragraph.My said appointee,in addition to the powers conferred by law,shall have the power to sell at public or private sale,to exchange or to lease,for any period of time,any real or personal property,and to give options for sales,exchanges or leases,for such prices and upon such terms or conditions as my said appointee shall deem proper. SECOND.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be after my death.
