LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT---
OF
ANGELlliA CHISLAGHI
I,Angelin~Chislaghi,a resident of Carroll Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,
do make,pUblish and declare this my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking any and all wills by me heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid as soon after my decease as may be found convenient.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real
personal or mixed,of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate,
I give,devise and bequeath to 'my four beloved children,Lena C.
Turri,Charlotte Struharik,Hugo Chislaghi and Charles Chislaghi,
share and share alike,to be equally divided among them.
THIRD:I hereby nominate and appoint Lena C.Turri and Hugo
Chislaghi as Executors of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS,WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand to this my Last
Will and Testament,this diad day of (J~,1950.
This instrument consisting of one typewritten page (bearing the
signature of the above named Angelina Chislaghi),was by her on
the date hereof signed,published and declared by her to be her
