Washington County,Pennsylvania,having made my Last Will and
Testament dated April 27,1943,do hereby make,publish and
declare this to be a Codicil to my said'Last Will and Testament.
FIRST:I hereby revoke the "Fourth"item in the above Will
which provides:"I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint F.J.
Docktor,Attorney at Law,my Executor of this my Last Will and
Testament",and in lieu thereof direct that the following item
be substituted:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my
son,JOSEPH E.HORAK,my Executor of this my Last Will and
Testament.
SECOND:In all other respects I do hereby ratify and confirm
my said Last Will and Testament.
IN WTINESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal,
this J~~day of January,.1956,A.D.

I,~lliTHODIA HORAK,a resident of West Pike Run
Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and
memory,hereby revoke all wills and codicils,as well as all
instruments of a testamentary nature heretofore made by me,and
do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my last will and
testament in manner and form fol16wing~
FIRST~I direct that all my just debts,funeral
and testamentary expenses shall be paid by my Executor hereinafter
named,as soon as conveniently may be after my death.
SECOND:'I give,devise and bequeath all of my
personal property including household goods,farm impleKents,
machinery,etc.and all live stock to my son,Joseph E.Horak.
THIRD:'I give,devise and bequeath to my son,
Joseph E.Horak,all of my real estate which now consists of a
farm situate in Aest Pike Run Township,Washington County,Pe~~-
sylvania,containing approxir~tely 78.82 Acres providing,however,
that my said son,Joseph E.Horak,shall pay the sum of Three
'hHundred(~p300.00)Dollars to each of my children as follows:
to Mary H.Zelenak,of Donora,Pennsylvania,a sum of $300.00;
a swn of $300.00 to Helen H.YurkoVich,of Bentleyville,Pennsyl-
vania;a sum of $300.00 to Hermina L.Horak,of Bentleyville,
Pennsylvania;a sum of $300.00 to Frank E.Horak,of Donora,Penn-
sylvania;a sum of $300.00 to Ann H.Tokar,of Ellsworth,Pennsyl-
vania;a sum of $.300.00 to Cecelia H.Puzas,of Carnegie,
Pennsylvania.The said payments of ~300.00 to each of my childre
as here and above mentioned shall be and remain a charge on my
real estate herein devised to my son,Joseph E.Horak,until they
have been paid in full.My son,Joseph E.Horak,is to pay the
