of the Borough of Charleroi,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being
of sound and disposing mind,memory and unde·rstanding,do make,
publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking
and making void any and all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I dire'ct that my just de·bts and funeral e'xpe-nse's be·paid
as soon as conveniently possible after my decease.
2.I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate,real,personal
and mixed,to my brother-in-law,Fred Deambroggi.In the'event my
this my Last Will and Testament this
brother-in-law,Fred Deambroggi should predecease me,however,then
I give',devise-and be-queath all of my estate-,re'al,personal and
mixe'd,to my ne'phew,Ronald DuJordan.
3.I nominate and appoint my brother-in-law,Fred Deambroggi,
to act as Executor of my estate.In the event my brother-in-law,
Fred Deambroggi,fails to qualify or refuses to act as the same,then
I nominate and appoint my nephew,Ronald DuJordan,to act as my
Exe-cutor.
