(b).Said business shall be known and conducted under the name of "Sam Cohen &Sons". (c).My said son,Morris D.Cohen,shall have exclusive and sole charge of the management,operation,control and policy of said business. (d)•The said Sarah Cohen and/or Lester w.Cohen and/or Frances C.Ruttenberg shall not be permitted to force any dissolution of said business at any time,nor shall they be permitted to sell or transfer their interest in said business to any person other than the said Morris D.Cohen,and the purchase price therefor shall be based upon an inventory and appraisement of the said business,which said appraisement and price shall not include anything for goodwill.The said Morris D.Cohen may dis- pose of his interest in said business in any way that he may see fit. • 3.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real,personal and mixed,of whatsoever nature,or whereso ever found which I may own or have the right to dispose of at the time of my death,I give,devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife,Pearl Cohen,absolutely,providing,however,that she is living at the time of my death. 4.If my said wife,Pearl Cohen,is not living at the time of my death,then I direct that the said residue.of my estate be divided as follows: (a).The lady's ring with two (2)diamonds to my grand-daughter,Saranne Cohen,and I hereby authorize her father,Morris D.Cohen,to receive and receipt for said ring on her behalf if she be a minor at said time. (b).The lady's ring with the one (1)diamond to my grand-daughter,J?anne Ruttenberg,and I hereby authorize he mother,Frances C.Ruttenberg,to receive and receipt for said rin on her behalf if she be a minor at said time. (c).Three hundred ($300.00)Dollars to Beth Israel Congregation,Washington,Pennsylvania,to be used as my executors shall designate. (d).One hundred ($100.00)Dollars to the Jewish Home for Babies,Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania. (e).One hundred ($100.00)Dollars to the Jewish Home for·the Aged,Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania. (f).Three thousand ($3000.00)Dollars to my daughter,Laura C.Elikan;One thousand ($1000.00)Dollars to my son,Harry A.Cohen;Two thousand ($2000.00)Dollars to my daughter,Rose C.Friedman,and Two thousand ($2000.00)Dollars to my daughter,Dorothy C.Stormwind. (g).After the aforesaid legacies are paid, the entire balance of my estate shall be divided equally among my eight children.In the event there is not sufficient money to pay the aforesaid pecuniary legacies in full,they shall be pro rated. -2- 5.I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my son,Morris D.Cohen,and my son-in-law,A.L.Stormwind,as executors of this My Last Will and Testament.
