Third;My Son James C Bentley is to get the House where I now live, he also gets the House across the State Road on the Rail Road side,also the land adjoining same-he also gets the 16 remaining Garages,all buildings to be kept in repair,with no mortgages permitted and no part can be sold. Also One Hundred ('100.00)Dollars from my Savings Account in the First National Bank of Monongahela,Pa.--All garden spots to be reserved for Tenants living in the Houses who wish to plant them.
