sylvania,being of sound mind,memory and underst nding,do mc~e,
publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking and making void all former Wills by me at any time here-
tofore made.
FIRST.I direct my Exe~utors,ereinafter named,to pay
all my just debts ~nd funeral expenses as soon as can conveniently
be done after my Qecease.
SEC01D.I bive and bequeath to my dauuhter,Besse Hether-
in~ton Scott,the sum of Five Hundred (~500.00)Dollars.
THIRD.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real,personal ana mixed,I ~ive,devise and bequeath to my
daughter,Besse Hetherington Scott,my two sons,Charles L.Heth-
erington and Leon H.Hetheri116ton,and my grlli~ddaughter,Janet
Hetherington Thomas,share and share alike.
LASTLY,I here-oy make,constitute [tnd appoint Besse
Hetherington Scott and Charles L.~etherington to be Executors
of this my last Will and Testament,and authorize and empoher
them to make sale of aIG-real estate at such times and upon such
terms and prices as they may see fit;and to maKe,execute and
deliver all necessary deeds and other papers necessary to con-
vey title as fully as I could do myself,if livin6.
