I,Lenore Doak,of the City of Washington,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory,do
make,publish,and declare this to be my Last will and Testament,
hereby revoking all Wills by me heretofore made:
First:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid as soon as convenient after my death.
Second:I give and devise my home,being lot of ground with
the house thereon known as 225 Henderson Avenue,Washington,Penna.,
to my son,Boyd A.Doak,upon condition that he provides a home
for my daughter,Ruth L.Doak,for and during the period of her
natural life.
Third:All the rest and residue of my estate real,personal
or mixed and wherever situate,I give,devise and bequeath to my
daughter,Ruth L.Doak.
AND LASTLY,I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my son,
Walter A.Doak,Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
day of October,1966,A.D.
