and State of Pennsylvania being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,

publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby
revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
First.1 direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon
as conveniently may be,after my decease.
Second:I give and bequeath to my husband,Louis S.Haggerty,the
sum of $1.00 in accordance with an Ante-Nuptial Agreement with him
dated November 30,1949 and recorded in Deed Book Vol.765,Page 5.

Third and Lastly:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,real,personal and mixed,I give,devise and bequeath to
James M.Colaizzo,in trust,nevertheless,that he shall invest the
I same in legal or non-legal investments as in his absolute discretion
I seems best and collect the income therefrom arising and pay over to
my son,Walter Joseph Dobrowsky Jr.,the sum of One Hundred ($100.00)
on the first day of each and every month follOWing the receipt of the
trust assets by the said trustee.Said monthly payments are to be
made so far as possible from income but the balance,if necessary,is
to be made from the principal fund.Said payments are to be made
monthly until my son has arrived at the age of twenty-eight years,at
Iwhich time this trust is to terminate and the trustee is directed to
turn over the·balance remaining in his hands to my said son,his heirs
