LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
~,ALICE CONDIT,of Amity,Washington County,Pennsylvania,

being of sound and disposing mind,memory and understanding,
do hereby make,publish and declare this as and for my Last Will
and Testament,hereby revoking a.nd making void all 9tlter wills,
codicils,or testamentary writings by me at any time heretofore
made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral ex-
penses be paid and discharged as soon as conveniently may be
done after ~~d~cease.
SECOND:"I give devise and bequeath all the rest,residue
and remainder of my estate;real,personal and mixed,of what-
soever kind and nature and wheresoever situate,tn egual shares
to my two sons,Russell Condit and Arthur Condit,their heirs
and assigns forever.
LASTLY,I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my son,
Russell Condit,Executor of this,m~Last Will and Testament,
and hereby direct that the Executor of this,,my Last Wfull and
Testament,shall serve without bond.
