Ii AMELIA B.COOK,a resident of 224 Orchard Avenue,
Canonsburg,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind
and disposing memory,do make,publish and declare this to be my
last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making null and void
any former Will or Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct my executors hereinafter named,to pay all
my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as may be convenient
after my decease.
2.I give,devise and bequeath to my daughter,Clara C.
Manes the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00)Dollars.
3.I give,devise and bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth
C.Winterbottom,the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00)Dollars.
4.I give,devise and bequeath to my son Henry E.Cook,
the sum of Five Hundred Dollars.I devise these above named
legacies to my above named children for the reaSon that Francis
C.Wilson,Anna C.Smith,Amelia C.Dornan and Elmer G.Cook have
heretofore received from me severally the sum of Five Hundred
($500.00)Dollars.
5.I give,devise and bequeath to my daughter Elizabett
C.Winterbottom all my household furniture,dishes and equipment
of any kind Whatsoever,to do with as she may see fit.
6.All the rest and residue of my estate,I direct
shall be divided equally among my following children:Clara C.
Manes,Elizabeth C.Winterbottom,Francis C.Wilson,Anna C.
smith,Amelia C.Dornan and Henry E.Cook,each receiving the
one seventh (1/7)portion thereof.

7.I give,devise and bequeath to my son Elmer G.
Cook the one seventh (1/7)portion of the residue of my estate•
after the above named legacies are paid but I direct that my ex-
ecutors hereinafter named place-the same in trust,my said son
Elmer G.Cook to receive therefrom the earnings of said fund dur-
ing his lifetime.At his death I direct that the same shall be
distributed equally among his children or their heirs.I direct
that said distribution shall not take place until my grandson
Elmer Edward Cook arrives at his majority.
8.I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint Henry E.
Cook and D.M.Cummins as executors of this,my last Will and
Testament and direct that they shall not be required to give bond
covering the faithful performance of the trust hereby reposed in
them.
9.I direct my executors above named to sell all real
estate of which I may die siezed at public or private sale at and
for the best price obtainable therefor,hereby authorizing,em-
powering and directing them to make,execute and deliver to any
purchaser or purchasers of my said real estate,as good and suf-
ficient a deed therefor as I could do if personally present.

this seventeenth day of December,1945.
