One:I desire that my executrix hereinafter appointed shall pay all my just debts as soon as it may be convenient. Two:I give,devise and bequeath all of my property,bo h real and personal of whatsoever nature,to my wife,Ida B.Harley. Three:In case my wife predeceases me,I desire that my property,real and personal,be disposed of in the following manne (a)Igive,devise,and bequeath the home,consisti of a brick house and Lots 83 and 84 in a plan of lots laod out by the Midway Coal Company,to Elizabeth E.Sawhill, a niece. (b)I give,devise and bequeath to Elizabeth E.Sa hill the sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00). (c)The remainder of my real~ffitate I devise to the Mellon National Bank &Trust Company to be held in trust nevertheless,the net income thereof and so much of the principal as may be necessary to be used for the payment of the keep and expenses of my son,William N.Harley, including any expense incurred by reason of his death.f the whole of said net ihcome is not needed,then the bal to be added to the principal.Upon his death I desire t the said amount held in trust shall be divided into thre ~ equal parts and be distributed as follows: I (1)One part to be divided equally between th two children of Albert Roy Smith,Twila Smith and Harold Smith,of Butler,Pennsylvania. ; 'I (2)One part to be distributed to Harry Victor Smith,Latrobe,Pennsylvania.If the said Harry Vic Smith be deceased,then that one part to be divided between his two children,Thelma Smith and Doris Smi equally.
