PROBATE JUDGEI,A.G.Dienstel,of the Township of Pease,County of Belmont,and
State of Ohio,being of full age and of sound mind and memory,and not
acting under duress,menace,fraud,or undue influences of any persons
whomsoever;do make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will ~nd
Testament,hereby revoking all wills by me heretofore made.
ITEM I.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out
of my estate as soon as practicable after the time of my decease.
ITEM II.I give,devise and bequeath four hundred (400)shares of
American Telephone and Telegraph Company to my daughter,Mrs.Nancie
Fallon,absolutely.
ITEM III.I give,devise and bequeath three hundred (300)shares of
General Motors stock to my son"E.:{G.Dienstel,absolutely.

King Seeley Corporation to Mrs.Connie Reed,absolutely.

Greyhound Corporation to Mrs.Sue Kresak,absolutely.

that I have executed trusts with Investors Diversified Services,Incorporated

Nancie Fallon,Nancie Jo Fal~on,Connie Reed and Sue Kresak,which trusts
are payable to myself and my wife during our lifetimes,and at our deaths,to
descend to the above people.Each trust is in the sum of $20,000.

be the executrix of this,my Last Will and Testament,hereby authorizing and
empowering my said executrix to compound,compromise,settle and adjust
all claims and ,demands in favor of or against my estate;and to sell,at

otherwise,as.she may deem best the whole or any part of my real or personal

This day this cause came on further to be heard on the application of Nansie Follen,heretofore
filed in this Court,to admit to Probate and record the Will of A.G.Dienstel aka Amandus Gran-
.ville Dienstel aka A mandus G.Dienstel,deceased,late of Pease Township,in said Coun~y.It is
now shown to the satisfaction of the Court that said decedent died leaving Nell Dienstel his surviv-
ing spouse,and that all of his next of kin have waived notice and given consent to the probate of
said Will.,
And John O.Costine and Barbara Gillespie,the subscribing witnesses to said Will,this dayap-
peared in open Court and having been duly sworn,testified respectively to the due execution and
attestation of said Will,which testimony was reduced to writing,was subscribed by them respec-
tively.,and was filed with sGlid Will.
Whereupon,the Court finds thatthe aforesaid instrument of writing is the lat"t Will and Testamen
