I,Giuseppe Disimone,of Canton Township,~ashington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,
do hereby make and publish this my last will and testament,hereby
revoking any and all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
I
1.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid.
2.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,I
give,devise and bequeath unto my wife,Mary Disimone,her heirs
and assigns,forever.
3.I hereby make,constitute and appoint my said wife,
Mary Disimone,executrix of this my last will and testament,with
full power to sell and convey real estate without order of Court
or bond.
