LAST ILL AND TESTAMENT OF GIUSEPPE BRUNI
Be it remembered that I,Giuseppe Bruni,of California,
ashington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and
understanding,do make,publish and de lare this as and for
1\my last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making null and
void,any and all Wills and Testaments,and writings in the
nature thereof,by me at any time heretofore made.
I order and direct the payment of all my just debts and
funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may be after ~
decease.
I give and bequeath to each of my children,Mrs.Agnes
Webb,Frank Bruni,John Bruni and Marco Bruni one dollar.
All of the remainder of my estate,real,personal and miXed,
wheresoever situate,I give,devise and bequeath to my ~~fe,
to be hers solely and absolutely.
I hereby name,constitute and appoint my wife,Caterina
Perotti Bruni,the execu~r1X of this my last Willt and Testament.
In witness whereot,I,Giuseppe Bruni,have hereunto
set my hand and seal this 2 th day of August,1936.
Signed,sealed,published and declared by the above
named Testator as and for his last Will and Test.ment,in our
presence,who at his request and in the presence of each other,
have signed our names as attesting witnesses.
