In the event either J~R.Hellein or Stella Hellein predeceases me,the survivor of them shall take my said estate under the same conditions,and in the event they both predecease me the children of J.R.Hellein and Stella Hellein living at the time of my death shall take my said estate share and share alike subject to the same conditions. 2.I appoint J.R.Hellein and Stella Hellein executors of this my Last Will.
