WILL OF THOMAS S.HUMBERT
I,Thpmas S.Humbert,of South Strabane Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,do make,publish and declare this
to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any other will
or wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct my Executor hereinafter named to pay all
my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as convenient after my
decease.
2.I give and bequeath one of my automobiles to my
son,Joseph A.Humbert,and the other automobile to my son,Thomas
S.Humbert,Jr.
3.I give and bequeath my dishes and tableware,including
silverware to my daughter.Ellen H.White.
4.I give and bequeath my home freezer and refrigerator
to my daughter,Janis H.Garceau.
5.I give and devise all my real estate to my children,
Janis H.Garceau,Ellen H.White,Joseph A.Humbert,Thomas S.
Humbert,Jr.,share and share alike.
6.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,of
whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate,I give,devise and bequeath
to my children,Janis H.Garceau,Ellen H.White,Joseph A.Humbert
and Thomas S.Humbert,Jr.,share and share alike.
7.I nominate,constitute and appoint my brother,Joseph
A.Humbert,to be Executor of this my Last Will and Testament;
provided.however,that if the said Joseph A.Humbert shall be unable

to act,then in such event I nominate,constitute and appoint
Peoples First National Bank &Trust Company to be such Executor.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal
