SECOND:All tangible per- sonal property which I shall own at the time of my death, I bequeath to my husband,ERNEST A.DEEMS,if he survives me;or if he does not survive me,I bequeath such property to such of my nieces,KATHERINE W.PARSHALL,MARY W.McGRAW and ELIZABETH W.CAMPBELL,as shall survive me,in such shares as they may determine.In the event that there is any uncertainty or disagreement concerning the division of such property,I direct my Executrix,in her sole dis- cretion,to divide and distribute same in approximately equal shares based on the Inventory value of such property. THIRD:All estate,inheri- tance,transfer,legacy,succession and other death taxes of any nature which may be assessed or imposed upon or with respect to property passing under this Will,shall be paid out of my estate as an expense of administration and no part of said taxes shall be apportioned or prorated to any legatee or devisee under this Will.
