I,HARRIET R.CARTER,of the City of Washington,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,do make,publish and declare this as and for nv
last will and testament~
ITEM ONE.I direct nv Executor hereinafter named to pay all nv
just debts,taxes and expenses as soon after nv decease as may be conven-
iently done.
ITEM TIVO.I further direct my Executor to have erected on the
family burying lot in-the Washington Cemetery,a monument with the word
CARTER inscribed thereon at a cost not to exceed three hundred and fifty
dollars ($350.00).
All the rest,residue and remainder of nv estate,both real and
personal,I give,devise and bequeath to my sister,Mrs.Mary L.Hall of
2330 Fort Stockton Drive,Ban Diego,California and nv brother,James L.
Carter of 232 Wilson Avenue,Washington,Pennsylvania.
I hereby constitute and appoint THE CITIZENS NATION_~BANK OF
WASHINGTON,vTASHINGTON,PENNSYLVAlUA to be the Executor of this my last
will and testament,vii.th the power to sell any real estate which I may own
at the time of my death and to give deed or deeds to the purchaser or pur-
chasers thereof,with the same authority as I could do if liVing and present.
