late of The Borough of Donora,Washington County,Pennsylvania,

AFFIDAVIT OF DEATH,ETC.

On tnis day of October,A.D.1946,before
me,a Notary Public in and for said county and commonwealth,per-
I sonally came Mary Burlingame,who being duly sworn according to
law,deposes and says,that she is the surviving widow of Harold
Dana Burlingame,late of The Borough of Donora,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,and a citizen of the United States;tllat the said
Harold Dana Burlingame d~ed domiciled in said borough,county and
commonwealth,at {P :t J-0'clock r:2:..:.-.M.,on the fifteenth day
of September A.D.1940,leaving a written paper dated the twenty-
third day of December A.D.1939,as his Last Will and ~estament,
which is filed herewith;that the said decedent was not possessed
of any real or personal property situate within the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania at the time of his death,but was seized of a
fractional interest in certain real estate situate in the State
of New Hampshire,the value of which has not been determined;
that Testator has not married and that no children have been born
since the execution of the will offered for probate;and that
affiant is the sole legatee and devisee under the said paper of-
fered for probate.

KNO~ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,that I,Harold Dana
Burlingame of The Borough of Donora,Washington County,Penn-
sylvania,having full legal capacity in the )remises,do make
this my LAST 'ILL AND TESTM~ENT (hereby revoking any and all
wills at any time heretofore made by me),in manner and form
as follows:
1.I hereby direct that my Executrix hereinafter
named,shall,as soon after my decease as shall be expedient,
pay all my just debts,funeral expenses and the cost of ad-
ministration of my estate.
2.All the rest and residue of my es~ate,both real
and personal,and wheresoever situate or found,I ill,devise
and bequeath unto my wife,Mary Burlingame,in fee simple and
absolutely.
3.I hereby appoint my wife,MaryBur~ingame,to be
the Executrix of this my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,the said Harold Dana Burlingame,
have hereunto set my hand and seal,this twenty-third day of
December,A.D.1939.
