County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory and understanding,
do make,publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any
and all Wills by me heretofore made.
ITEM I.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon
after my decease as may be found convenient.
ITEM II.I hereby give,devise,and bequeath all of the property of which I
may die seized,whether the same be real,personal,or mixed,to my son,Eugene
W.Hodgson.
ITEM III.I hereby nominate and appoint my son,Eugene W.Hodgson,as
Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
