LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,THOMAS HART,of North Franklin Township,Washington
Gounty,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory
do make,publish and aeclare this to be my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking all Wills by me heretofore made:
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral ex-
penses be paid as soon as convenient atter my death.
S~COND:All the rest and residue of my estate,real,per-
sonal,or mixed and wherever situate,I give,devise,and bequeath
to my wife,Olive S.Hart.
AND LASTLY,I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint
Olive S.Hart,my wife,executrix of this my Last Will and Testa-
mente
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal
this 3rd day of June,A.D.,1943.
Signed,sealed,published and declared by the above named
Testator as and for his Last Will and Testament,in the presence
of us,who,at his request,and in his presence and in the presence
of each other,have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses
thereto.
