as and tor my Last WUI and Testament,hereby revoking all tormer Wills by me at

FIRST I I direct that my funeral exp8l18es am the exp8l18es of my last Ulness
be paid as soon as possible atter rq decease.
SIDOMh All the rest and residue of'my estate,of whatsoever the same may
consist,real,personal and m:1xed,I give,dev1.se aDd bequeath to the Mellon
National Bank and Trust Com~to be held in trust for the use and benefit of m'J'
brother,Charles W.Clemens,the said Trustee to pay the income therefrom to my
said brother,or for his support am maintenance,am it the income theretrom
should not be sufficient,then to use whatever it may deem necessary of the princi-
pal for the support and maintenance ot my said brother;said Trustee shall DOt be
restricted to legal investments;am at the death of Charles 'If.Clemens whatever
may then remain in my estate,or should my said brother not survive me,it is m'J'
Will and I hereby give,devise aDd bequeath my entire estate to my brother,John W.
Clemens,aDd IJ.7 sister,Frances Elizabeth McQuown,share and share alike,except J1t1'
