LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT I,ANNA E.HOOP,of the Borough of California,Washington County, Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do hereby make, publish and declare the following to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby re- V'old.ng any Will or Wills by me at any time heretofore made. F:i,rst.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon asconveniently may be after my decease. Second.I direct rny Executor,hereinafter named,to expend any necessary sum for the purchase of a marker for my grave at Highland Cemetery, said marker to be the same as the markers on my mother's,husband's and daUgh- ter's graves. Third.I give,bequeath and devise all the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,of whatsoever type or nature,real,personal and mixed and wheresoever situate,unto my three grandchildren,namely,Charles Carother Hoop,Kathleen Sue Hoop,and Rebecca Gyle Hoop,to be theirs solely and abso- lutely,share and share alike,provided however,that the shares of my two grandchildren,Kathleen Sue Hoop and Rebecca Gyle Hoop,shall be held in trust by the Peoples First National Bank &Trust Company,as Trustee,for their use and benefit,upon the following terms and conditions: (a)That said Trustee shall have the power and authority to sell,mortgage,lease,invest,and re-invest any and all of the said trust assets,at public or private sale or sales,and upon any terms and conditions which the said Trustee,in its discretion,shall deem wise and prudent for the management of said trust. (b)That the said Trustee shall pay over,deliver,and apply,in semi-annual payments,to the said Kathleen Sue Hoop and Rebecca Gyle Hoop,or to their legal Guardians or successor Guardians,all of the income derived from said trust,said income to be used for the maintenance,support, and education of the said Kathleen Sue Hoop and Rebecca Gyle Hoop. (c)That the said Trustee shall also have the power and authority to pay over,deliver,and apply to the said Kathleen Sue Hoop and Rebecca Gyle Hoop,or to their legal Guardians or successor Guardians,in such amounts and at such times as in the discretion of the Trustee it deems prudent and wise,the principal of said trust,to be used for the maintenance,support and education of the said Kathleen Sue Hoop and Rebecca Gyle Hoop. (d)I direct that the trust shall terminate as to Kath- leen Sue Hoop when she attains the age of twenty-one (21)years,and I direct that the said trust shall terminate as to Rebecca Gyle Hoop when she attains the age of twenty-one (21)years,at which times the Trustee shall deliver the balance of the principal and income then remaining to the credit of each bene- ficiary,to said beneficiary,her heirs or assigns. Fourth.I hereby make,constitute and appoint James Hoop to be Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
