LAST WILL MID TESTAMEIT
WE,LOUIS CAPLAN and BESSIE CAPLAN,husband and
wife,of the Borough of Burgettstown,Washington County,Penn-
sylvania,both being of sound mind and memory,do make,pUblish
and declare this Will to be jointly as well as severally our
Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all former Wills by
us at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:All just debts and funeral expenses
shall a t all times be fUlly paid.
SECOND:We desire that all propert,y,real
as well as personal,of which we may be possessed at the time
of the decease of either of us shall be inherited by the sur-
vivor.
THIRD:Upon the decease of the survivor,it
is our desire that the property of both be treated as one and
the same Is hereby given,devised and bequeathed to our son
Joseph Caplan.
FOURTH:In case of the need of administration
hereon,at the decease of one of us,we agree upon the survivor
as the executor,without bond.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,we have hereunto set our
