Will of Joseph A.Hoffmann
KNO~ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,that I,Joseph A.Hoff-
mann of City of Monongahela,Washington County,Pennsylvania,hav-
ing full legal capacity in the premises,do hereby make and pUbliS~
this my Last Will and Testament (hereby revoking and making void
any and all wills by me at any time heretofore made),in manner
and form as follows:
1.I direct that my Executor hereinafter named,shall
as soon after my death as may be exp~dient,pay all my just debts,
funeral expenses,transfer inheritance taxes,and the expenses of
the administration of my estate.
2.I will,devise and bequeath all of the remainder
of my estate,both real and personal,and wheresoever situate or
found,unto my wife,Mary S.Hoffmann,absolutely.In the event
that my said wife should predecease me,then I will,devise and
bequeath the remainder of my estate unto my children,viz.,Joseph
L.Hoffmann,Samuel Webb Hoffmann,Mary H.Kline,Oliver Scott
Hoffmann and Margaret H.Messmore,in equal shares to each of
them and absolutely.
3.I hereby appoint my son,Joseph L.Hoffmann,to
be the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS ~rtlEREOF,I,the said Joseph A.Hoffmann,
:have hereunto set my hand and seal,this day of March,
in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.
