LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,Floyd Hoffman,single,of The Borough of Canonsburg,Washington County,Penn-
sylvania,being of sound aful.ldisposing mind,memory and understanding,do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and all
Wills by me heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon
after my decease as shall be convenient.
Second;I give,devise and bequeath my Automobile,a 1949 Desote Four Door
Sedan,in equal shares,to my sister,Mrs.Leona Wilson and her husband,M.H.Wilson,they
to have and to hold the same to their own use absolutely and forever.
Third:I give,devise and be~eath all my clothing to my brother,Charles
Hoffman,he to have and to::"'hold the same for his own use absolutely and forever.
Fourth:I direct that whatever cash is remaining after all my just debts
have been paid,to be divided into three equal parts and to be distributed as follows,
One part (1/3),to my niece,Georgia Lee Kuntz;
One part (1/3),to my brother,Charles Hoffman;
The remaining part,(1/3),to my sister,}lrs.Leona Hilson and her
husband,M.H.Wilson,share and share alike.
Fifth;All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real personal and
mixed,of vmatever nature and wheresover situate,which I may own or shall have the right
to dispose of at the time of my death,I give,devise and bequeath to my sister,}lrs.Leona
Wilson and her husband,M.H.Wilson,share and share alike.
Sixth:I direct that the Speakman Funeral Home,Houston,Pennsylvania is to
take charf,e of my remains and that I am to be buried in Oak Spring Cemetery,Canonsburg,
Pennsylvania.
Finally:I do nominate,constitute and appoint my sister,Mrs.Leona Wilson and
her husband,M.H.Wilson,Executrice and Executor ,respectfully,of this my Last Will and
Testament.
