KNOW ALL N~N BY THESE PRESENTS that I,CLARA CONNER,a
w1dow,a resident of the Borough of Charleroi,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory and under-
standing,do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making null and void,any
and all other Wills,or writings in the nature thereof,by me,at
any time heretofore made.
And as to my worldly estate,and all the property,real,
personal,or mixed,of which I shall die seized and possessed,or
or to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease,I give,
devise,bequeath and dispose thereof in the manner following,to
wit:
FIRST:I direct the payment out of my estate of the expens s
of my last illness and funeral.
SECOND:I give and bequeath the sum of Five Hundred Dollar
($500.00),to my mother,Y~s.Maude Robinson of Charleroi,Pennsy-
lvania,if she be living at the time of my death.
THIRD:All the rest,residue,and remainder of my estate,
real,personal,and mixed,I give,devise,and bequeath unto my
daughter,Ruth Jean C.Fisher,to have and to hold the same unto
her,her heirs and assigns forever.
FOt~TH:And lastly,I do nominate,constitute and appoint
my daughter,Ruth Jean C.Fisher,Executrix of this my Will,and
I direct that she shall not be required to enter security in any
jurisdiction in which she may act.
IN WITI~ESS \mEREOF,I have set my hand and seal to this my
Last Will and Testament,this ~q day of March,One thousand nine
hundred and forty-seven (1947).~
